The CINEACT Foundation provides a clear and appropriate legal response, and ensures the owner of a trustworthy tenant to fulfill the lease and all other obligations, while meanwhile offering the greatest possible transparency to the people who participate in the campaign.

The CINEACT foundation went through an emergency procedure to open a project account at the Fondation Roi Baudouin (*) and thereby endorses the ethical code of the AERF.

The CINEACT foundation’s primary mission is to take out a lease with the owner, to maintain the venue and safeguard it from a change of destination.

By ensuring the rental costs, the foundation creates the best possible conditions for the emergence of a new cultural project in the theatre. The foundation does not have the vocation to carry out this project by itself, but to help the project get started and provide opportunities for various individuals, cultural actors and multidisciplinary networks.

We hope to collect at least € 60,000. This allows us to guarantee the rent, rental deposit, property tax and the Brussels regional tax. This amount of € 60,000 corresponds to the time we consider necessary to provide a healthy start for the cultural project.
